The following are TEAM's monitoring protocols:

Each monitoring protocol section contains files available for download. These files are:

• Protocol document - a PDF of the latest monitoring protocol.
• Field Form(s) - PDF versions of the Field Forms used to collect data in the field or laboratory.
• Data Entry Form(s) - These are to be used to transcribe the Field Forms into a digital format. These files are to be used to upload the monitoring protocol data.
• Data Dictionary - These files describe the data types and provide definitions for the Field Forms and/or Data Entry Files.
